CentrePeaceHomes Ltd offers packages of Person-Centred Support for Care leavers 16+ ; Parent and Child Placements and vulnerable adults with support needs; in England and Wales. Our managers all hold level 5 and above Care Qualifications and all Key Workers are expected to have achieved a minimum level 2 care qualification and continue to develop their skills and experience whilst working with us.

CentrePeace Homes Supported Living CIC is a not for profit social enterprise that manages a growing portfolio of self contained and shared accommodation options . available for long term rental to supported living providers and Local Authorities in England and South Wales. Profits from our services support a volunteering and work placement scheme for CareLeavers and Vulnerable adults - with plans fund raise to build affordable; sustainable accommodation pods for careleavers 18+ and adolescents on the brink of homelessness in South and the South West.
