Greatness from Small Beginnings

CentrePeace Homes was first established in 2022, by a dedicated foster carer who identified the lack of supported living for young people in England and Wales. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible support to young people!

Originally starting with one home in Bristol, we have quickly grown and now to now have several homes in both England and Wales, with a team of over 15 staff members.

We regularly work with other professionals, such as social workers, LAC nurses, psychologists and other governmental bodies to ensure that we can provide the best person-centered care possible. 

We take immense pride in having a staff team that is made up of dedicated professionals that work tirelessly to ensure that the needs of each unique young person are met. Each staff member undergoes regular training in order to maintain their knowledge with the most recent changes and trends in the sector, and to ensure they can not only provide the best possible support, but to also safeguard the young person from whatever threats they may face.
