Inspired by 16 years as a Foster Carer CentrePeaceHomes' Director is passionate about providing tailored support for 16+ care levers in England and Wales. We work with the Local Authority to support young people in carefully matched homes.
We offer a from Floating Support ; Live in; 24-hour 1:1 support. We have expert knowledge of Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers ; CSE; Parent and Child Placements.

Into Independence
Set within a block of 3 self-contained flats in Newport, South Wales CentrePeaceHomes CIC has created the opportunity for Independent living with floating support (if needed ) by trained staff. The accommodation can be targeted at 16+ care leavers exclusively OR vulnerable adults 18+ depending on local needs.
Young Adult Support and Care 16 to 17
CentrePeaceHomes offers young adult semi-independent living support packages working.We work with Local Authorities and Rehab Specialists to support the needs and rehabiliitation of vulnerable young people across England and South Wales. We Offer a flexible person centred to supporting each individual according to their needs and wishes - ensuring positive outcomes for all.
